A quick browse on any forum shows a ton of luthiers and companies mercilessly ripping off designs from smaller brands, and Blackmachine and Jaden Rose are quite an emerging trend (I really liked when this English dude posted his "new" model, which is a replica of my Jaden Rose wenge top OS... Haha), then claiming they aren't ripping them off as the "modified" things. I hate that with a passion, as it is bad for all parts involved.

Simply put, one thing that is becoming a very typical thing is for Polish companies to come across as "cheapo copycats" abroad. Mayones overcame the stereotype, but it's a hard thing to pull off due to how Polish builders like Ran and Roter (the term "builder" is used loosely with Roter) will do whatever regardless of the ethics of it.

I love the take Tomek had on the humble singlecut to bits, and I went to check out Skervesen as well, as I have seen great stuff emerging from Poland in the past few years - lovely take on the superstrat there! As for the topic at hand, I love to see luthiers being civil and ethical to one another. :)
