The 27" extended-scale fingerboard provides excellent playability while eliminating muddiness that is usually associated with these types of instruments.  Our new A80 humbucking pickups are crisp and clear, while providing excellent low-end crunch that 8-string ERGs are designed for.   

Standard features include a tone-enhancing alder body and maple neck, ebony fingerboard with white dots, chrome hardware, and our new fixed bridge with strings fed through the body.  Like all Custom Shop instruments, you can design your DC800 exactly the way you want it, by choosing from hundreds of options, including body/neck woods, top woods, finishes, fingerboard woods, inlays, fretwire and more.
